  My husband and I moved to Santa Barbara 3 years ago for a professional opportunity. Coming from the east coast, we had no idea what neighborhoods or areas of Santa Barbara were desirable and where we might want to live. We feel so fortunate to have found Kevin. He took the time to drive us around Santa Barbara, pointing out the pros and cons of the different areas and getting to know what our needs and desires were. He found us a unique property on the Mesa and guided us through the entire process. Every time someone comes to visit, they say "how did you find this place" and we tell them that we are so lucky to have an agent like Kevin who found it for us.
