  This is in a good and quiet location. Front Desk, Sam, was very pleasant, helpful and checked us in quickly. That's all the good. The not so good was a sticky kitchen floor, trash and dirty linens not removed from the bathroom used by previous guest. There was used dirty washcloth hanging on shower curtain. Kitchen floor was sticky and there was a strange odor in the room. Also, we have stayed in many similar type hotels and the kitchen is always stocked with utensils, cups and dishes etc. We were informed at check in that if you wanted any of these type items you had to come to the front desk and ask for them. We asked for 2 glasses and were given plastic cafeteria type tumblers that had seen better days. For the $$$ spent to stay her per night, not justified at all. Not guest friendly and the bed was too hard too.

  One of the few value hotel options that allow pets for a nominal $25/night. We booked our room through BringFido with a special request of a room away from heavy foot traffic and on the first floor. They were only able to accommodate us away from for traffic on the second floor which worked out pretty well as it was adjacent to the stairs which were easily accessible from the outside with your room key. The hotel was directly adjacent from In-N-Out, so you can't starve and you have easy access to the 101 freeway. Overall, we were happy with the Extended Stay America and thank you to Cesar for meeting our accommodation request as well!
