One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Very helpful staff. Great location (only a couple blocks from beach/pier). Had a private patio on the main floor and public on the second floor that were great to relax in. Hotel staff was very informed about the area.

Lovely room, receptionist was great, the room was extremely clean. Even the top of the closet was squeaky clean. It's a really small room, but it was fully disclosed online and at booking. The bathroom is tiny and not soundproof at all so make sure you're sharing a room with someone you're very comfortable with. It's right on State street (where all the downtown shops, breweries, wineries are) and very close to downtown as well as the pier and everything else you might want to go to. The only part I didn't like was the proximity to the train bc of the noise, but that can also be a plus bc you can visit by train and never have to drive. My stay here has been very enjoyable.
