    they refer you out. I have issues with this group overall after they discriminated against me based on my disability no joke.

    jackson was my primary care clinic. they have had my letter from my expensive spect scan showing I have brain damage from chemical exposure to my neighbors spraying agent orange obtained from mexico and misapplied they killed all my trees and damaged me and killed my dog. I went to this location as I thought I had gallstones or a kidney stone and gettting an appt is an act of congress. The woman at the front is so grossly incompetent that one day trying to get my medical records she was so inflamatory that I apparently used the F word. I get a letter a week later dismissing me as abusive. The letter regarding my disability clearly states that lack of oxygen physical or mental stress can cause me to use profanity. This is my disability so they dismissed me in favor of as you see all the one star reviews, horrid help. I have severe life threatening health issues and the letter I carry says I cannot be denied care based on that disability but apparently jackson medical group thinks they are above federal law. The MD serves as a conduit to send you for whatever you might need if you are lucky and does not actually act as a medical md for treatment. I spent 20 years making mortgage sized payments to blue shield that I could no longer afford thanks to my health issues now I have cencal health. When they say you get what you pay for I guess that is up for grabs.

    My experience with jackson medical group was good, until yesterday the secretary super rude, had to travel needed my pills for anxiety, which the secretary never sent the report to the pharmacy, needed a letter to deliver in the airline because I traveled with my service dog which was totally denied and with a very rude attitude on the part of the secretary. I went to another clinic where I was going to attend and write a letter explaining the type of anxiety I handle but when they wanted to ask for an authorization to jackson medical group the secretary was flatly negative and u rude saying she could not give authorization to attend me Another clinic. Travel to my country without pills, without my service dog, and I was subjected to 10 hours flight, in which I present an anxiety attack.

    About the team of doctors I find super professionals, have no complaints.
